June 10: Intro to RockSim 9

We introduced the class to RockSim 9, a simulation software designed by Apogee Components. Their full tutorial playlist is here.

RockSim is a powerful tool for simulation, allowing you to change weather conditions and your rocket. 

We highly recommend that you experiment with RockSim as much as you can outside of class. Please finalize designs by the next class so that we can cut out wooden fins as soon as possible.
